ProjectifAI is a private project developed as part of a diploma thesis (MVP).

2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the application or if you have given your consent.

Processing is carried out for specific purposes and in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law (DSG).

3. What Data is Processed

3.1 Account Data

When registering, the following data is processed:

  • Email address
  • Password (stored encrypted)
  • User ID

This data is required to provide a user account.

3.2 Project Data (User Input)

During use of the application, the following data may be collected:

  • Project descriptions (free text)
  • Project areas (e.g., target group, goals, requirements)
  • Answers to generated questions
  • Suggestions and adjustments

This data is stored to provide the functionality of the application. Note: Please do not enter sensitive personal data.

3.3 Usage and Technical Data

To ensure operation and security, technical data may be processed:

  • Log data
  • IP address (shortened or temporary)
  • Error messages

4. Use of Supabase

We use Supabase for storing and managing data.

  • Database hosting
  • Authentication
  • Storage of project data

5. Use of Google AI (Gemini API)

A Google AI interface is used to generate content.

User input is transmitted to Google.

Purpose:

  • Content generation
  • Identifying missing information
  • Creating suggestions

6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Users can store their own API keys.

  • Stored in encrypted form
  • Used only for requests within the application
  • Users are responsible for keeping their API key secure

  • Managing user accounts
  • Enabling AI functionality
  • Ensuring operation and security

Processing is based on:

  • Contract performance (user account and functionality)

  • as long as a user account exists
  • until the user deletes their account

Accounts can be deleted via the profile page.
