These terms govern the use of the application ProjectifAI.

By registering or using the application, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of the Service

ProjectifAI is a web-based application designed to support project planning using artificial intelligence (AI).

The application is provided as an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) as part of a diploma thesis.

3. Requirements for Use

  • Use is only permitted for persons aged 18 or older
  • The application may only be used for lawful purposes
  • Users must provide accurate information

4. User Account

  • A user account is required
  • Users are responsible for securing their credentials
  • Accounts may not be shared
  • Users can delete their account via the profile page at any time

5. Use of AI Features

ProjectifAI uses AI to generate content.

Important notes:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
  • No guarantee of correctness or completeness is provided
  • Content is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional advice

Use is at your own risk.

6. User Obligations

Users must not:

  • create or distribute illegal content
  • input personal or confidential data of third parties
  • misuse or manipulate the application

7. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Users may store their own API keys.

  • Use is at the user's own responsibility
  • Users bear any API usage costs
  • Users are responsible for securing their API key
  • The operator is not liable for costs or misuse

8. Availability

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
  • Maintenance and changes may occur at any time

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Use of the application is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, all liability is excluded, especially for:

  • direct or indirect damages
  • decisions based on AI-generated content
  • data loss or service unavailability

10. Content and Rights

  • Users retain rights to their content
  • The operator may process content to provide the service

11. Suspension and Termination

The operator reserves the right to:

  • suspend accounts
  • delete content

in case of violations.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time.

The version valid at the time of use applies.

13. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies.
